About Michele

Michele was born and raised just south of Louisville in Hardin County.

She joined the army right out of high school and spent the next 20+ years traveling the country and the world.

After she retired in El Paso, Texas, she decided to move her family back to Kentucky.

Michele grew to love soccer through her youngest son, Zachary, who started playing at age 6 and instantly became a fan of the game.

He plays, refs, coaches and obsesses over watching his favorite teams. His obsession became her obsession and they now attend as many home and away games as they can and have even travelled to watch some of their favorite former LouCity players play elsewhere

Michele loves to travel and being able to visit new places and catch a soccer game while there is always an added bonus.

Michele has been a LouCity season ticket holder since the end of 2015 and is a founding member for Racing Louisville.

She, along with Kathy Rein and a couple others who are no longer around, breathed the LouCity Ladies into existence and she is still in awe of how it has grown in 3 years.

About Christi

Christi was born in Cincinnati, raised in Louisville. She learned a bunch about soccer through her high school Geometry teacher and learned to really enjoy the sport watching Louisville Thunder and high school soccer through the mid-late 80’s.

She spent 23.5 years active duty Navy, with 14 years in Hawaii having a family and enjoying beautiful weather. They used that time to expose their daughter to soccer, and her love of the game grew stronger as she began to love the game.

When Christi retired and moved to Louisville in 2015, she went with her family to their first LouCity game and never looked back. Took the season ticket plunge in 2018 and have not missed a home game since. She was fortunate enough to learn about all the behind the scenes efforts while being on The Supporter Advisory Board for last season.

Christi is currently employed with the Department of Veterans Affairs and enjoys working with and for Veterans. Along with being a local soccer fanatic, she is an avid reader, loves a good barbeque, is a dog lover and loves camping on non home game day weekends..

About Erin

Erin grew up in a soccer family. All 5 kids played and watched the others play! She played during college in beer leagues and never missed a NKU game (unless she was home for the weekend)! 
When Erin moved down to Louisville, her boyfriend had already been a season ticket holder, and of course she had to join! Louisville City FC has been where most of her friendships have come from! They have a whole group that sits together for both teams now!
Currently, Erin is a social worker who works with foster kids. On the weekends, Erin and her partner are remodeling their 100 year old house, having a BBQ, or cheering on the purple family! She has two cats, who yes have Lou City and Racing jerseys that she risks her life stuffing them into (if you know, you know)! And is a member at large and social media chair for the LCL! 
Cant wait to meet more members at games! Cheers!

About Christian

Christian was born and raised in Louisville.

She met her husband Jason at a local running store and they talked soccer on their first run date (it was destined).

Together, they have a daughter named Morgan who is quickly becoming a soccer fan (she’s four years old and calls the USWNT “her girls”).

Christian first played soccer at the Southwest YMCA when she was just four years old. She went on to play soccer for duPont Manual High School in the late 90s and was excited when fellow alum Ekic was chosen for Racing.

Her family has inaugural season tickets to Racing.

About Amber

Amber was born and raised in Louisville. 

She has been married to Andy for 17 years this May and she has 2 children, Emmalea and Jacob. You’ll see Jacob at more games considering Emmalea is too cool to hang out with her parents now. 

She got into soccer when she met her husband. She became a fan when her daughter started playing. She’s been to almost every game since mid season of the first season and has been a season ticket holder since the 2nd season. 

She is an inaugural season ticket holder for Racing Louisville and can’t wait for the soccer season to start.
